Order Policy

Order Process – In order to process your order we will need to have the following:

• Confirmed Purchase order, or written confirmation of order details.
• Method of payment established. (credit card or prepay for new accounts)
• Vectored art in either AI, or EPS format – with correct PMS imprint colors.
• Unit colors, and finish (where applicable) must be clearly specified.  Custom PMS unit colors available for an extra charge.
• Written approval of digital proof.
• We will only sell to Ad Specialty distributors who possess a valid PPAI, SAGE, or ASI number

Order Change – Once an order is in production any changes to the ordered product will result in additional charges.

Order Cancellation – Orders may be canceled, but be aware that cancellation after an order is in production will result in charges to cover costs associated with production and product loss through that point, plus a 25% order cancellation fee.  Completed orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Lead Times – Lead times provided begin after final approval.

Data loads – In order to ensure your  data load is accurate, we will send a screen shot of the number of files / folders and the total size of the data to be uploaded for your written approval.  We are not able to manipulate the contents of the data load. 

• Data is loaded as part of the production process, and we will not be able to begin production of the units until the data is received and approved. Any delay in data will delay the unit delivery accordingly
• Any data changes after the units are in production will incur extra charges to remove the old data and reload the new data, and will possibly result in order delays.
• In the event that the units need to be produced so that data can be supplied at the last minute, Rush Data services are available from our Atlanta Facility for an additional charge.  Normal lead-time is 2-3 days, depending on the size of the material to be uploaded.

Data services include: simple data upload, simple password protection, AES 256 bit encryption software, data lock, CD Partition.

Shipping – Shipments are FOB Cumming, GA. , unless it is a direct China drop ship.  LogoIncluded will ship to 2 addresses at no extra charge.  Any additional addresses will incur a drop ship charge per address.

Warranty – LogoIncluded offers a lifetime warranty on USB drives.  Warranty on other items varies by item and is listed in the items specs on our website. 

Returns – LogoIncluded will repair or replace any defective products during the warranty period.  Warranty replacements will be replaced with a non imprinted unit of equivalent capacity.  We will make every effort to replace with the same model unit, but this will not always be possible.  Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of LogoIncluded.

In order to receive an RMA repair, please contact customer service for an RMA number.  Shipping costs to LogoIncluded will be the responsibility of the claimant.  LogoIncluded will cover return shipping via ground service, or USPS at our discretion.
